Our favorite film and TV star goes beyond comedy, bags a
Woman Of The Year award at Harvard.
Mila Kunis declared 2018’s Woman Of The Year, as announced by Hasty Pudding Theatricals of Harvard University.
We enjoyed Mila’s popular comedy series on TV, and admired the Golden Globe nomination. And now Woman Of The Year, whoa!
The country’s earliest theatre oriented college group lauded her in their announcement for being an extremely coveted, effervescent and captivating actress.
McCreery, a producer of Hasty Pudding Theatricals, gushed that Kunis had long
been admired by them on account of her exploits on TV and film, and they would
be eager to lionize her accomplishments in an unusual and momentous fashion.
We are thrilled to announce that our 68th #WomanOfTheYear is Mila Kunis! Ukrainian beauty’s win is set to be commemorated by a procession on the cobbled
paths of Cambridge, after which she would be invited to a roast and will be
gifted her porridge pot.
Mila had been nominated for a Golden Globe for ‘Black Swan’ in 2010, for her brilliant depiction of a character called Lily.
of her recent releases include ‘Bad Moms’, ‘A Bad Mom’s Christmas’ and ‘The Spy
Who Dumped Me’, all comedies or action comedies.
The flair for comedy was evident from her early days on TV. Mila’s most popular TV roles were in ‘That 70s Show’ and as a voiceover in ‘Family Guy’.
The Woman Of The Year has been an annual announcement by Hasty Pudding for the last 67 years. Debbie Reynolds, Elizabeth Taylor and Lucille Ball have been illustrious women to have won it earlier. 2017 saw Octavia Spencer bagging this award.
We haven’t yet heard the announcement in the men’s
category of this award for 2018.
