Check out a new book of Sarah Rodriguez.
There you can read about all of her suffering, which happened within only a few years
The book was named From Depths We Rise. Sarah shares the story of her life with readers, who always support her and be in sympathy with her.
As Sarah says, everything started 7 years ago. Joel, her loving husband, got a diagnosis of an aggressive form of kidney cancer. The pair was trying to get chemotherapy, which lead to a brief remission. And the cancer came back right after the baby Milo was born.
Joel died in 2013, leaving a note to his grieving wife. The note was saying that Sarah is going to have more babies, as she always wanted. How was it possible?
And that was when Sarah remembered about the time she had gone to a clinic with Joel. They couldn’t have kids for more than 5 years, and it made them bring themselves to an artificial insemination.
Sarah was at first scared to do it alone, but as a tribute to her loving husband, she decided to take a risk. She had two more embryos – two more chances to have babies from her husband. And on November 6, 2014, baby girl Ellis was born.
And it wasn’t a choice proud mom regretted. She had a piece of his love with her, so her husband could make her happy in another way.
Though, in only two weeks her baby daughter was on the edge of death. She got Sepsis and a very deadly form of Bacterial meningitis. As doctors said that time, the girl had no chance to live a healthy life; she could only be in a vegetative state.
Being in a hospital, Sarah started praying to the God, not knowing what to do further. No matter what, the woman didn’t lose her faith.
The doctors removed the ventilator and Sarah was watching her little girl die in front of her.
Then, all of a sudden, the baby started moving and wiggling around. She survived without the ventilator. And that was the time that a happy mom and a bunch of doctors were witnessing a miracle of God!
Now, 2 years later, that little miracle continues living and making her mom the happiest woman on the Earth!
As Sarah was saying, she just wants people not to lose
faith, because sometimes God helps people. You just need to ask persistently!
