of Scotland ahead of their wedding sometime middle of this year. Despite the
cold weather, they got the warmest welcome from the locals.
Prince William and Meghan Markle who is set
to wed in May this year at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, made a visit
to the hilly capital of Scotland to greet everyone.
This is also to introduce Meghan to the
different parts of Britain. They made a stop at the historic fortress in the
city of Edinburgh in Scotland.
The couple also dropped by various
organizations and a charity Café that helps people who struggled with
homelessness. They ended their visit with a formal ceremony at Holyrood Palace
to honor the accomplishments of young people.
This was created to give inspiration to all
the youth in Scotland. People flocked the streets, cheering and waving flags to
meet and greet the Prince and his fiancé despite the freezing temperature.
Prince Harry and Meghan walked by the crowd and began to shake hands, said
hello and thanked each one for taking the time out to see them.
Definitely, Prince William and Meghan will have
a long list of tours after getting married. It’s a good thing they started
early with it. A Palace spokesman said, Prince Harry and Meghan are extremely
thankful for those who warmly wished them well. Adding, that the couple is
looking forward to that day when they can be officially husband and wife.
