£6.15million – this is the price for the Beckhams’ new tree house. But, did they finally get the license for its building?
David and Victoria Beckham have always been praised for their style both in clothes, and in life, in general. They have built a delightful tree house in the countryside. The couple decorated it with garlands along and across – it was a divine sight.
Victoria couldn’t resist not to share a pic of the all prepared for the
Christmas fortress of her family. The Beckhams’ family apparently has to be happier
than any other. But…
It is not said in vain: ‘Good fences make good neighbors’. The Beckhams’ neighbor recently sued them for so-called ‘mocked’ planning laws. Moreover, West Oxfordshire Council's reported, that their tree house cannot be lightened up after 4 p.m.
Everything the Beckhams’ asked for was to allow the tree to grow through their ‘modest’ house. Its sizes are not much smaller, than their massive apartments in London, though.
The house has been built without waiting for the very official license
from the government. 15.6 squared meters of the ground are at the mercy of the Beckhams.
Not officially, besides.
Although, that one neighbor had turned state's evidence, the Council ‘In the interests of the area’s improvement’ declined his accusations. The amount of chicaneries made the Council visit the Beckhams’ recovered building officially in order to check all the requirements.
A lot of fruit trees are said to be grown around the house. The family is going to spend holidays and weekends, surrounded by their relatives and friends.
