The lawsuit was
initiated by Australian choreographer and dancer Wade Robson who convinces: in
childhood he was harassed by Michael Jackson.
PTI reported: on Tuesday Californian judge had rejected the claim for sexual abuse that was brought by dancer.
Lawsuit contained two claims against two companies owned by Michael Jackson :MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures. 35 years old Robson accuses it in negligence.
Judge Mitchell L Beckloff ordered that only Michael Jackson himself can be in responsibility for his acts, therefore the Robson's claim is considered to be as groundlessly.
According to USA Today report, the judge, though, did not express distrust to Robson's allegations about child molestation.
Court's decision, thus, resolves major claims against singer’s holdings, AP reported.
When the court trial of 2005 were taking place, Robson testified in Jackson's favour, in accordance with his testimonies, he repeatedly spent nights at singer’s Neverland Ranch and mostly slept in MJ's bedroom, but there is no any situation he molested him. At that time, Michael managed to get away with it.
But, 4 years after the death of “King of Pop”, Robson acted as a claiment, in obedience to the new testimonies he had been a subject of Jackson's sexual harassment over 7 years. Despite of this, in 2015, California court ordered that it was too late to Robson could get any part of Jackson's estate.
Finally, it was
learned that court decided to reject Wade Robson's lawsuit. According to
