Life is a real balancing act for Madeleine West, a working mother of 6. She has a smart way of handling things with her 6 children. Read about it here.
The struggle is real but it’s time to shake things up with one of Madeleine West’s smart parenting tip from her first published book, “Six Under Eight”.
As a mother of 6 children, she has to juggle her time with her work, her kids and their different kiddie activities, from dance recitals to soccer games to birthday parties.
To help her keep it together and to stay on track with time, Madeleine admitted that she sometimes bathe her kids the night before and put them to sleep with their clean clothes for the next morning. For her, it makes things easier for the nanny or whoever will take care of her kids for the day and in cases of little kiddie accidents. According to Madeleine, it takes a little less than an hour to prepare all 6 kids since they all need help with almost anything, from diapers to shoe laces.
This has unexpectedly created so much buzz online and getting mixed reactions and comments from netizens. Some loved her idea and some hated it. But as for Madeleine, everyone has the right to express their opinion.
She was just honest and simply wrote everything she knows about parenting with the intention of helping other parents see the positive side of things despite all the horrifying clutters. She further wrote that no parent is perfect and that being a parent is not an easy task but seeing the look of appreciation in her children’s eyes is more than rewarding and that is all that matters.
