Smiling is the most beautiful facial expression. However, one boy from the UK will never feel how good smiling is as he was born with a rare condition that disabled him from smiling.
The poor boy felt the scourges of a disease called Moebius syndrome from his first day of life.
That disease affects various nerves on the face that cause a severe paralysis in it and make the sufferer unable to move facial muscles.
He even asked her to look for some filters on her phone’s camera that could add a smile on his face.
Ms. Tiernan-Reese barely accepted that her son would never
smile at her but she learned to cope with it, saying that she can feel when
Justin smiles on the inside.
She received the shocking diagnosis when Justin was only 14 days old and since then she has been finding ways to cope with her child’s condition.
