For the first time ever, our favorite Duchess, Kate Middleton, speaks out that It's time women spoke on the subject of postpartum depression and how to cope with it.
Mom-to-be Kate Middleton recently attended a royal hospital event.
Middleton, who is already a mother of two, visited a
hospital in London that takes care of new mothers’ emotional and mental state.
Kate was so impressed by the way the facility works, that she even decided to
share her own experience with postpartum depression.
Kate kept her style classy in a baby-blue Séraphine coat during the visit. She actually paid the Maurice Wohl Clinical Neuroscience Institute in London a visit and discussed mental problems women face after delivering a baby.
As Kate mentioned during her address, there
is nothing that can quite set you up for what maternity, therefore it is okay
to feel lost and uncertain. However, Kate also said this is the most exquisite
and rewarding role she ever had.
Woman are slowly coming out of their shell,
and we cannot be happier to finally discuss the things that are relatable to us the most.
