With the New Year, many accusations have risen against the photographer.
Many models have commented that Mario Testino, a Peruvian photographer living in the UK, had harassed them in multiple times.
However, like we've already mentioned before, according to the New York Times, at least 15 models and ex-models have made harassment accusations against the famous photographer.
But the accusations do not end there, another 13 models and assistants that worked for the photographer have said that he had subjected them to touching themselves or, in other cases, him, with excuses such as “exercises”.
In some cases, they have said that he would made all the other
people leave the room to stay alone with the models.
Those who have said that the photographer had harassed them, also said that they had to choose between let the acts happen or refuse, scared of risking their careers and with the hope of getting better opportunities in the industry.
However, Testino have denied these accusations.
Other people have made their opinion about the topic, such as Anna Wintour. The
journalist and fashion icon have said that even though the photographer is a
good friend of her, she's taking these allegations very seriously, and that
she's putting on hold their work relationship for the moment.
Prince William and Kate Middleton got engaged in 2010, and they had chosen
Mario Testino to be the official photographer of their wedding the same year.
Also, Prince Harry have said that Testino was one of his favourite
