ambitious plans in physical activity and big work to make her “resting” leg
2018. ???? This year I really want to push myself physically. Last year before my operation I was really getting into the gym, I loved working out especially boxing as this is literally a full body work out and is actually pretty fun. ????As an amputee some workouts can be very challenging and you have to find other ways to do them. It’s important to challenge myself to gain strength in my leg and overall body which then helps with everyday tasks like walking etc! On my blog I wrote a list of things I want to achieve is 2018 on that list was to get a blade and hopefully start running so fingers crossed that I will be able to achieve that. ???????? *If you want to read my latest blog the link is in my bio*
The new revealed Alton Towers’ roller coaster costed to owners more than £16 million. The fact of using the wood in its production has already caused unstable reactions among the Twitter users.
Most of them don’t are scared because of
even the name (how could the fire react with the wood?), while others wrote
they couldn’t wait to try new stuff.
In turn, Bradley Wynne, Creative Lead at Alton Towers Resort assures, that safety of riding would be proved by 500 testes with high-professionally trained operators.
to Leah, she had the very full life before trauma. Just 3 years ago, she worked
out a lot and founded it really fun. But horrible accident has changed her life
However, Washington has pulled herself together. She has promised over the 17k. followers to never give up and work hard on physical improving during the 2018.
Although, the girl admitted, that for amputee some workouts could be very difficult. But, she looks at this situation as at the additional challenge she needs to complete. She’s going to run “with her finger crossed”.
support Leah, writing pleasant comments. “Your determination is outstanding,
Leah” – one wrote.
