Fifty Shades Free star, Dakota Johnson, is now one of the most popular actresses in the world.
Many people praise her acting in previous Fifty Shades film and wonder how did she prepare physically for her newest role as Anastacia in Fifty Shades Freed. Here's how she prepared physically for that role in which she showed her toned body:
Ms. Johnson started training in 2016 for the upcoming Fifty Shades movie. Wonder why? Well, that's because she filmed the trilogy's second movie, Fifty Shades Darker, which was released at the beginning of 2017 together with the upcoming Fifty Shades Freed.
It took the popular actress and the whole Fifty Shades crew five months to film the two movies we mentioned.

While filming Fifty Shades flicks, Johnson trained with a professional fitness trainer by the name Braganza Ramona.
The fitness trainer was hired by Fifty Shades producers on Dakota's demand because she heard about her from colleagues Jessica Alba, Anne Hathaway, and Amanda Seyfried whom she all trained on their projects.
Working Out Five Days Every Week
Ms. Braganza worked out with Dakota five days a week for approximately 30 to 60 minutes. In the first months of filming Fifty Shades Freed, the fitness instructor and the famous actress were working out hard but cut back the intensity of their work out in the last months of working on Fifty Shades.
In the process, Braganza focused on building the actress' shoulders, abs, buttocks, and arms.
Different Moves and Ways
Johnson's trainer on the set of Fifty Shades Freed, Ramona Braganza, encouraged Dakota to use different moves during every new workout session.
According to the trainer, doing the same types of exercise creates bulky muscles, but we wanted Dakota to have toned muscles. So, the recipe for toned muscles is a variety of different exercises done in different ways.
On some days, Dakota Johnson would do the so-called Hot Yoga before or after working out with the help of Braganza.
The actress claims this type of yoga did wonders to her body and mind as well.
