We are all familiar with Dakota Johnson for she
had starred in the famous erotic trilogy Fifty Shades of Gray as Anastasia
But what most of us don’t know about Johnson is
how she manages her lean body and an ideal weight.
Well, here’s what workout
routine she uses to keep in shape:
A Personal Trainer
Dakota Johnson couldn’t make her body look the way it
looked in erotic Fifty Shades of Gray if there were no Ramona Braganza, a celebrity fitness trainer.
Ms. Braganza, who worked with some of the most popular
names in Hollywood, was hired four months to keep Dakota and her co-star Jamie
Dornan in shape.
To sculpt Johnson’s body fast, Braganza decided to make her
follow a simple workout that lasts for no more than 25 minutes.
Before Barganza planned out Dakota’s workout, she was
satisfied with the way how Johnson already looked.
“Johnson was already slim so there was no need for me
to train her to lose some weight. What the two of us decided to work on is to
tone her body just a little bit.”
“I decided to bulk up Dakota through lifting light
weights and doing various exercises with lots of repetitions,” said Barganza.
Barganza told that she didn’t want to create a diet
plan for Dakota as the actress already followed a healthy diet.
“Her diet is proportional and she eats several smaller
meals in a day which really helps her stay fit and lean,” says fitness trainer Barganza.
