Beth Chapman underwent a
very difficult throat cancer surgery. Although doctors gave her a 50/50 chance
to survive, she remained self-confident and operation turned out to be
successful. Earlier Chapman hesitated about posting any photos, where her scar
was seen. But at the beginning of the year the star decided to let go of
complexes and posted a photo with a visible neck scar.
At the beginning of 2018, the reality Dog the Bounty Hunter star, Beth Chapman, posted a very emotional message on her Instagram account. As it was known, the 2017 year was really hard for her; she was diagnosed with the 2nd stage of throat cancer.
Cancer Center reported that a tumor on the II stage of
throat cancer has grown bigger and was still situated in the throat.
That was the reason why Beth Chapman had to undergo such an operation. From her throat surgeons removed a tumor, which had the size of a plum. The Blast stated that this surgery lasted more than 12 hours.
Beth’s family was really worried about her. During one of the interviews, Chapman stated that doctors gave her only 50/50 chance to recover and even to survive.
Earlier Beth posted only photos where her scars on the neck weren’t seen because she wasn’t comfortable with the situation. But on the first day of the year, she changed her mind. She shared a photo where her scars were seen and commented on it.
Beth decided not to be so vulnerable anymore and fans
supported her! In a comment, she wrote that she was trying to embrace
unembraceable. According to her words, it was hard to her even to look in the
mirror, but she was brave enough to forget about it once for all.
Many fans applauded to her for showing such vulnerability and commented that she still remained beautiful!
