Have you ever wondered how healthy or unhealthy you are? Well, there's an effortless way how you can check is everything okay with your health and it involves looking down at your urine's color.
Here's what your urine's color says about your health:
Light Yellow Urine
This urine color is a completely normal color and you don't have to worry about it. In fact, it is an ideal urine color and it indicates that you don't have issues with your health.
Yellow shade indicates that you drink plenty of water and it also means that you aren’t having any infection in your urinary tract.
Pale Straw Color
The pale straw color of urine is yet another “good” urine color. Just like the previous urine color, pale straw color indicates the perfect health of your organs “down there.”
Persons who have this color of the urine should know that they are well-hydrated and that there is no infection in their urinary tract present at all.
Honey or Amber
While honey and amber are yet another shade of yellow, they aren’t as benign the yellow urine color. If your pee is in these two colors, you should know that your urogenital system is trying to tell you that you are lacking water, exhausted and that you need to drink some water ASAP.
Drink some water immediately if you notice these two urine colors or you might faint from dehydration and even drink water if you don’t feel thirsty if you have a honey or amber-colored urine.
Orange Urine color is almost always a red flag and you should immediately visit your doctor if your urine is constantly in this color.
This urine color indicates that you have some health problems in either your bile duct or in your liver. However, this color doesn’t always have to indicate problems in those organs; it’s sometimes caused by dehydration or eating foods and spices in this color.
Brown Urine color is yet another warning flag. This urine color almost always indicated that there’s a problem with your liver that needs to be assessed with the help of an ultrasound.
In very rare cases, brown urine indicated dehydration.
This urine color is ALWAYS a red flag. It indicates that there’s some blood in your waste that is probably there due to an undetected and insidious UTI.
However, if you have eaten red fruits or vegetables before having this urine color, that’s probably the reason why you have pink or red urine.
