Meet Stephanie Bruce. She is a professional runner, who had to take some time off to have her two sons.
After having her two sons and fully recovering, she decided to train once again and relate each one of her routines on a blog she created. In the blog she talks about each of her exercise routines and shows off her body without any sense of shame.
