The arrival of your first baby is a source of inexplicable joy. The moment when this fruit of the belly begins to gestate sometimes does not give indications easy to identify.
But there are clear signs that can be directly associated with pregnancy, such as changes in appetite, body aches and nausea.
If you get these symptoms, it is advisable to take a pregnancy test and go to the doctor.
1. Your energy alerts you
Feeling tired or fatigued is part of the first symptoms of pregnancy. That is why you should be attentive to your state of mind and fatigue, without there being any special reason or change of daily routine and hours of rest.
2. Your food preferences may change
You might start to dislike odors or flavors of foods or drinks that you used to like, such as coffee that is usually routine. These symptoms occur long before cravings strike you.
3. Mood changes
Do not worry if in your first days of pregnancy you feel mood swings or frustration, anger without reason or excessive desire to mourn for simple things, like songs or television programs. These symptoms are similar to those of premenstrual syndrome.
4. Pay attention to the menstrual cycle
It is very important to know the moments when your menstrual period should arrive. The absence of this is usually the first indicator that you are pregnant.
Another of the main symptoms of pregnancy are nausea without reason and it happens to 25% of women. It can occur at various times of the day and is associated with strong odors or food.
6. Unusual bleeding
Shortly after conception occurs, the woman usually has the "implantation bleeding," which is derived from the process of fertilization. This bleeding can be confused with a period of very little flow.
- This bleeding is very light, in fact, sometimes it can be perceived only when the area is cleaned when going to the bathroom.
- The bleeding can be a pinkish or brownish tone which is different from the bleeds of the period.
