Gina Florio is a fitness instructor and she, like no one else, knows which types of training can be beneficial for human’s body and which are ineffective. She decided to conduct an experiment: the American did 100 sit-ups every day during 2 weeks to change the shape of her buttocks, although she has no problem with this part of her body. The Florio’s figure is the object of her pride.
Gina did these exercises with some difficulty: to complete one set she had to do one hundred squats. She even thought she wouldn’t cope with this task: her legs were burning, she was very tired, but still she’s been overcoming all the difficulties.
Over time, it became easier for her to perform the exercise. But the American wasn’t content with the result she got. As it turned out, squatting without using additional weight didn’t change the volume of her gluteus.
Of course, Gina wasn’t upset, moreover she learnt a very useful lesson: first, she shared tips with the subscribers on her training account. And second, she became fitter and tougher.
So if you
are dreaming of a resilient bottom, you should do exercises using additional weight
instead of doing so many sit-ups at a time, as Gina did.
