But as the time passes the questions arise: Whatever happened to all your favorite 2000s celebrities?
Where are they now? How do they look like?

2000: She was single, sexy, and sweet. During 2000’s had some of her hits like "Case of the Ex," "Lady Marmalade," and "My Love Is Like...Wo." released and started popping up in movies.
Now: In 2008, she created her own independent record label called Planet 9. In 2009 won the second place on Dancing with the Stars. Earlier this year she released her new album “Smoove Jones”.
2000: Thanks to his songs like "Boombastic" and "Angel," Shaggy he became a major star. But then he suddenly disappeared from the scene for a long time.
Now: Singer is still making music. Earlier this year he released a new song called "I Got You". Moreover, Shaggy’s raising money for charity through his Shaggy Make A Difference Foundation.
2000: He was one to be recognized by silver hair, red-leather vests and gloves. Sisqó inspired some of our friends to get sun-tattoos around their belly buttons and released such a catchy song Wild Wild West.
Now: The artist took a break until 2015, when he came back with a 13-track album called Last Dragon.
2000: Ashanti made 200o’s definitely better with her hits like "Foolish" and "Rain on Me." Also we’re grateful to her for making John Tucker Must Die happen.
Now: Ashanti was in 10-year relationship with sing-rapper Nelly, but unfortunately the couple split up. Also she’s been a victim of stalking. In March of this year the stalker was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
2000: In 2000’s Murray was the star of the hit CW show One Tree Hill that made him the main teen crush. He also starred as the hot guy in movies like Freaky Friday and A Cinderella Story. In 2005 married with his co-star Sophia Bush, but the couple separated 5 months later.
Now: Currently, Murray is married to Sarah Roemer and they share three kids. Also the actor had a small role in film Fruitvale Station, TV series Scream Queens and TV show Agent Carter.
2000: Vitamin C was in the limelight in the late '90s and early 2000s because of her songs "Smile," "The Itch," and "As Long As You're Loving Me." She appeared in numerous TV shows like Sabrina, the Teenage Witch and The Amanda Show.
Now: Colleen Fitzpatrick, the real mane of Vitamin C, has been a vice president of music at Nickelodeon since 2012. She's also in charge of production and performance for Nick Jr., Nicktoons, and TeenNick.
2000: We still remember Shane West from '90s shows like Boy Meets World and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, or early 2000’s movies Get Over It and, most notably, A Walk to Remember.
Now: During the last decade Shane West was working nonstop. starred on ER in the mid-2000s playing Ray Barnett, from 2010 to 2013 played Michael on the CW show Nikita and now he's starring as John Alden on the WGN show Salem.
2000: We all know Seann William Scott for playing “bro” roles in movies like Dude, Where's My Car?, Final Destination, Old School, The Dukes of Hazzard, and the American Pie series. But then he suddenly disappeared. So where is Seann William now?
Now: Since 2011, when Seann finished treatment facility, he's been an integral part of the Ice Age series, in which he voices Crash, and also tried himself in playing darker roles for films like Just Before I Go.
2000: If you’ve ever watched NBC soap opera Passions, Desperate Housewives or John Tucker Must Die you would probably remember Jesse Metcalfe’s presence in them.
Now: The actor never stopped working. In fact, during these years starred on the shows like Chase, Dallas and 2 Broke Girls. To his movie list were added recently finished films In Stranger Company and The Ninth Passenger.
2000: You won’t believe, but 16 years have passed since Malcolm in the Middle first aired. Then Frankie Muniz became America's favorite child star. But in 2006 the TV show was over and the actor disappeared from the spotlight.
Now: In 2007 being 21 years old Frankie Muniz stated he was no longer focused on acting. In 2012 he popped up in a few Sci-Fi movies, including Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! Now he’s engaged and travelling the world.
2000: We all loved Mischa Barton 15 years ago. Then she was tall, cool, and starring on the hottest show on TV called The O.C.
Now: Since she finished starring on The O.C. was arrested on suspicion of DUI and pot possession in 2007, and then put on involuntary psychiatric hold for two weeks in 2009.
But now she’s on her way to recover her life. Earlier this year, Barton competed on Dancing With the Stars.
2000: Grammy-winning rapper Eve had in her list such hits as "Let Me Blow Your Mind," "Who's That Girl?" "Tambourine," and "Gangsta Lovin." She also starred in a movie Barbershop and had her own show Eve from 2003 to 2006.
Now: After 10-year music break she came back with a new album called Lip Lock. Now Eve is married to a billionaire Ruff Ryder and travels the world with him.
2000: Let’s confess, we all loved Ryan Atwood from The O.C. And that was Ben McKenzie who brought everyone's favorite troubled teen heartthrob to life.
Now: After The O.C. ended, McKenzie starred in the drama Southland, hit Fox series Gotham, Homeland and blockbuster movie Deadpool. Earlier this year he became father for the first time.
2000: At the beginning of 2000’s Jesse McCartney and his songs were everywhere. He earned a hit single with his album Beautiful Soul, and starred in shows like Summerland and Greek.
Now: In 2007 he wrote a song "Bleeding Love" for Leona Lewis, in 2008 released a new album called Departure. He also starred on shows like Young and Hungry and been the voice of Theodore in the Alvin and the Chipmunks series.
2000: Mandy Moore left no one indifferent after starring in A Walk to Remember, The Princess Diaries and Chasing Liberty. Moreover, she also was a promising
Now: In 2010 Mandy Moore starred on Grey's Anatomy and was the voice of Rapunzel in Tangled. She also appeared on show Red Band Society and is currently starring on This Is Us.
2000: Orlando Bloom had his breakthrough in cinematography as Legolas in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring that was released in 2001 and was followed by two more movies in 2002 and 2003.
Now: After playing Legolas, he starred in nearly 30 movies, the most popular of which was Pirates of the Caribbean movies where he played Will Turner.
Moreover, in 2014 Bloom was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his contributions to the film industry. Though actor is single now he has a son Flynn Christopher Bloom from his marriage with Miranda Kerr.
2000: Though his acting career in 1985, we remember him for the role of brave Aragorn in the epic film trilogy The Lord of the Rings.
Now: For the last decade he had starred in many decent movies including A Dangerous Method, The Two Faces of January, Jauja and recently released movie Captain Fantastic. Since 2009 he has been in a relationship with Spanish actress Ariadna Gil.
2000: We all know Elijah Wood from such movies like The Faculty and epic film trilogy The Lord of the Rings.
